THE MIND BEHIND THE PLANET

ONE MIND. A WHOLE LOT OF IDEAS.

Meet Bajia

I’m Bajia Pritchard, the founder of Paebeas’ Planet Co. I created this company to turn the things I’ve learned, built, and needed in my own life into useful products for other people.

I’m a builder at heart. That might mean creating GOALIE to help people stay connected to their goals, developing a resource that makes the path to business easier to understand, or finding potential in a property others have overlooked. The work looks different, but the purpose is the same: helping people see what’s possible and take a practical next step.

Real estate is where I’m headed long term. Through property acquisitions, I’m building the experience and capital to develop homes that are thoughtful, attainable, and good for the communities around them.

Paebeas is where that journey is taking shape. I’m building it with creativity, intention, and the belief that progress does not have to look like anyone else’s.
